Today lets see how to make vegetable Manchurian Even who hates vegetables will enjoy this recipe Now to make this recipe lets mix all the vegetables. 1 cup grated carrot 1 cup Cabbage 10 – 12 beans also add in 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp pepper powder finally add required salt now to bind everything together lets add some flour 2 tbsp all purpose flour / Maida 2 tbsp corn flour or corn starch do not add water, veggies releases its own moisture if required sprinkle little bit of water, do not add more Now lets make medium sized balls now lets fry this veggie balls in oil. if the balls break while frying add little more flour to it. flip it to the other side and fry until golden brown Now our veg koftas are ready now lets make the gravy heat 2 tbsp of oil once the oil is hot add 1 tbsp chopped ginger 1 tbsp chopped Garlic now to this add 1 onion also add in 1 bell pepper (red or green) saute it for 2 minutes. Now lets add sauces to it 1 tbsp chili sauce 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tbsp Soy sauce add required salt Some freshly ground pepper If you like it to be dry then add the veg balls at this stage If you prefer semi gravy then dissolve corn flour in some water and add it to the pan. 1 tbsp corn flour + 1 cup water Once the gravy thickens a bit add the fried veg balls Mix it well Finally add spring onions and turn off the heat.
