today we are going to make soybean Khichdi recipe this is a himachali recipe ingredients required are 1 bowl soybean soybean is soaked for 6-7 hours in water 1 finely chopped onion 2 tomatoes finely chopped green coriander leaves chopped,half spoon turmeric powder 1 tbsp oil, half spoon red chili powder 1 spoon cumin seeds, 1 spoon coriander powder 1 spoon ginger garlic paste 1 bowl rice and salt as per taste first of all soak soybean for 6-7 hrs in water we had already done that and it will look like this now take a pressure cooker on gas stove and add oil to it add ginger garlic paste add onion and cook for 2 mins add cumin seeds and coriander powder add red chili powder add turmeric powder add tomatoes cook for 2 mins add soaked soybean add salt as required mix them add little water cook for 1 whistle by closing the lid after 1 whistle add rice mix them and add little salt more as per your required add green coriander leaves add water around 3 bowl(in which we had taken rice) add 3 times water than the rice measuring quantity(that is we have taken 3 small bowl of water and 1 bowl of rice) cook for 1 whistle and open the lid when the pressure is automatically out of pressure cooker our Khichdi is ready take it out in a plate our soybean Khichdi is ready to eat serve it with ghee or curd thanks for watching and don’t forget to subscribe and press bell icon for notifications
