Here we are we got our delicious vegetarian
meal all prepared our cucumber carrot salad which we are going to add a little bit of
our toasted sesame seeds give it a little extra crunch and add a little of extra protein.
Our tofu veggie stir fry again got plenty for about 4 people served on top of bad delicious
very fragrant coconut rice and for our desert we put together our vegetarian pineapple cheesecake.
And all this has been really fast and easy using all mono and saturated and poly unsaturated
oils not meat products and it’ll help keep you fueled up forever the next day and has
