Hi, I’m Jayterra and today I’m making a protein packed rice salad. Ingredients: rice of your choice, beet, carrots, greens such as spinach, kale and collard greens, extra firm tofu, slivered almonds, nutritional yeast, soy sauce,
apple cider vinegar, tahini, olive oil and garlic Tofu, rinsed drained and diced. Hot pan, oil of your choice, tofu, ten minutes, flipping half way. Hot pan, slivered almonds,
5 minutes, stir regularly. Greens, roughly chopped. Carrots and beet grated. Blender. Nutritional yeast: 1/2 cup. Soy sauce: 1/3 cup. Apple cider vinegar: 1/3 cup. Water: 1/3 cup. Tahini: 2 tablespoons. Garlic: 3 or more cloves. Blend. Olive oil: 1 and 1/2 cup. Simple, healthy and filling this delicious salad is sure to please.
