Cuscus Salad This is very healthy and full of nutrients Ingredients 1 cup Cuscus you can replace this with daliya chopped Cucumber chopped tomatos chopped peppers chopped carrots half lemon chopped onions chopped coriander fresh chopped green chillies 1/2 cup boiled kidney beans 1/2 cup tomato puree 1/2 cup boiled sweet corns black pepper black salt Almond oil / extra virgin olive oil take a big bowl add cuscus add tomato puree add 3-4 table spoon olive oil / almond oil add salt to taste mix well add boil water add water to 1 inch over the level of cuscus cover it tightly for about 10 minutes so that it becomes soft after 10 minutes our cuscus is ready add all vegetables in this add beans add onions, coriander and green chillies add 1 teaspoon black pepper add salt to taste add lime juice mix well you can choose the veggies as per your choice our cuscus salad is ready to serve, its very nutritious and tasty please do try and share your feedback thank you
