[Music] hi it’s wrong I usually wake up between 4:00 and 5:00 in the morning I find it really easy to wake up I just find it really hard to get out of bed some days I have to make the bed in the morning it just makes me feel more together and ready to actually wake up [Music] and then I head to the bathroom and I bring in my toothbrush and my tongue scraper then I wash my face with water I keep my toothbrush outside of the bathroom because I don’t want them to collect any bacteria after that I use my face oil I just use a simple face oil such as hoga Oregon or sweet almond the one I’m using right now is infused with rose petals and it smells amazing and I started to brush my hair and I noticed that or really improved the quality of my hair [Music] after that I hydrate and then if I have time I head outside just for a few moments [Applause] relaxes me a lot and I just like to smell the air around dawn I just I swear it’s different it’s very fresh and clear I don’t know what it is but it’s different [Music] and I like to walk the sunrise a fight time and then I tune my clothes and I meditate I’ve been doing a guided meditation these days but I plan to transition to a silent meditation suin I meditate between 10 to 20 minutes and I want to gradually increase that and I’m really not feeling it that day I will meditate in Baudette konasana and then I journal and that day was made they are from the gym so I just did yoga I was finding it really hard to focus that day and that’s why my hand Sanders not the best here I found it really hard to control my lower back which is something I struggled sometimes [Music] [Music] No [Music] that day was going out so shower got ready I’m working from home I just wear something comfortable to voluntas but that day I was gonna have breakfast at the loft which is one of my favorite restaurants here I’m body they’re not vegan but they have a lot of delicious and good healthy vegan options I usually start work by 9:30 but that day I was filming so everything takes twice as long for breakfast I had sauteed mushrooms kale and sweet potatoes with pickled cabbage which is amazing putrid Hamas avocado scrambled tofu and multigrain bread I know it looks basic but it just tastes so good they make it so well and then they had to coffee shop to get some work done and that’s it for this video thank you so much for watching [Music]
