Namaste Today I’m making “Fenugreek leaves” vegei. This is Fenugreek leaves Before you cook methi leaves, it is necessary to clean methi leaves atleast 2 to 3 times with water. I’ve finely chopped it First I’ll show you how to clean and cut this vegetable Remove its pieces as shown take only fresh green leaves After cutting it, we need to clean all methi leaves atleast 2 to 3 times with water. after that we’ll chop all leaves I’ve done it in same way 1 chopped Tomato 1 cup of Lentils, yellow petite – (Split Mung Beans) – Mung Dal Soaked in water for 10 mins 1/2 grated Coconut Salt 4-5 chopped Green chilli I’ve chopped them in slightly big size, so small children can remove them easily Ginger-Garlic paste 2 chopped Onions same as this one we can take 3 Onions also.
