On this clip we’re going to be talking about
vegetarian vs. vegan. I know that can be a very confusing subject. The most basic description
is vegans eat absolutely no animal products whatsoever. No dairy, no cheese, no eggs,
nothing of any kind, no milk. They might eat soy milk. From what I understand about vegans,
it’s a very hard lifestyle, but a very pure lifestyle. Vegetarians, you have different
levels of vegetarians. You have vegetarians like me that don’t eat any meat whatsoever,
but loves junk food. So that can be a serious issue. This is an example. Gardenburgers are
an example of a vegetarian type of product. They have egg whites in them or cheese in
them. That’s going to leave out your vegans. Here’s a product that does not have any dairy
products whatsoever. This comes from the Sinthdeavenus Church and it is called Protos. It’s basically
peanuts and protein.
