Explaining My Vegan Candida Diet Meal Plan

Explaining My Vegan Candida Diet Meal Plan

Hi! My name is Nele Liivlaid and I am the
founder of Nutriplanet. Now, let me tell you a story! When I first transitioned to whole food plant-based diet back in 2012 at first
everything improved, but then something happened!
I simply screwed up, even on a whole food plant-based diet! I started eating too
much of high glycemic foods such as dried fruits and baked grains in combination
with nuts and seeds. And having a history with antibiotics it didn’t take long
before I developed Candida overgrowth. And it became a big problem for me! So,
the work I’ve done with those Candida diet meal plans is highly personal! You’re probably like me five years ago — ignoring your symptoms or saying that
you’re too busy to change anything at the moment or that it’s not that bad yet!
Do you relate? This was exactly what was going on in my head for two years before
I came to the point where it was impossible to postpone actions towards
getting better. So the research began! Since I was not able to find any
resources addressing plant-based Candida diet, I started the massive work of
compiling balanced plant-based meal plan for myself to follow. And it worked! I
slowly started getting better and got used to my new routine that I’d been so
afraid of for two years. Feeling better is just so much more important! You will
agree with me 100% when you start seeing YOUR results! And it’s all YOU — you are in
charge of your health! And now would be a good moment to celebrate YOUR wins! This is what one of my lovely clients Natalie says If you research for two
hours every day after work it would take you six months to establish all the new
routines, foods and meal plans! Would you be ready for that?
Wouldn’t you fall off the wagon at some point? Now imagine skipping all that hard
work and simply start implementing healing practices and foods into your
daily life! I don’t want your journey to be as long
and bumpy as mine has been! As you might guess, when I shared my experience,
messages and emails started to pop in — where can I buy your meal plan, can you compile
me a meal plan and do you offer coaching? Now, my first meal plans had a really simple
just meal plan approach. However, I soon realized that all six steps to heal
Candida overgrowth naturally needed to be addressed in order to help people get
better. This is why in my free guide and meal plans I now explain testing and
diagnosing, anti-Candida diet (cleanse as well as reintroduction),
supporting immunity, adrenals, gut, liver and mitochondria, stress management,
sleep management and finally supplements. Evidently food is the most covered topic
in my plan helping you with understanding Candida diet principles
(foods and drinks to have and to avoid and what to consume instead).
Furthermore, I pay attention to the foods in the grey area such as low glycemic
fruits and berries, legumes, gluten grains, starchy veggies and mushrooms.
I also address the sweeteners separately and explain why you need to be cautious.
I talk about supplements and beneficial foods as well as provide you with tips to
choosing quality products. I give you tips to implement healthy daily routine.
I guide you through preparing your kitchen and pantry. In the meal plan you’ll also
find suggestions for easier meal prep. Besides a full one-week meal plan
(for both cleanse and reintroduction) with breakfasts, snacks, lunches, dinners and
desserts, you’ll be able to follow my step-by-step guide to create your own healthy meals. As I continuously create new
recipes for my blog, I’ve added a separate section with extra recipes to
include into your cleanse or reintro meal plan. I must warn you that this meal
plan may not be a perfect match for everyone! So, who is this plan NOT for?
Firstly, natural healing through lifestyle requires commitment. Making a
few changes or sticking to your new routines only a couple of days a week
won’t give you results! Secondly, wholesome healing foods need to be cooked at
home. So, if you’re not ready to make that effort or have someone do it for you, you
won’t succeed! Thirdly, if you’re the kind of person who thinks that cheating is fine,
don’t buy this meal plan! It’s not okay to have that sugary cheesecake, even if it’s just a tiny piece! And finally, no healing program is one-size-fits-all! This plan
is not for you, if you’re not ready for some trial and error to establish what
is best for YOUR body. So, how does it sound? Maybe you still have a few or tons of questions? Never mind,
simply drop me an email at nele at nutriplanet org
And remember — it’s all YOU, you are in charge of your health! See you on the
other side!
