Easy Vegan Portobello Fajitas!

hi neighbors welcome to battles billing kitchen today we’re going to make vegan mushroom fajitas don’t forget to hit the subscribe button to join a neighborhood at the end of the video I will give you some ideas on how to enjoy your fajita you will need two or three medium-sized portobello mushrooms one white onion one red bell pepper two lime three tomatoes and fresh cilantro first you will slice all the ingredients I like getting rid of the seeds and veins of the butter first then you can slice your mushrooms in any way you like of course you can be less messy dice your tomatoes and chopped finely your cilantro I like rolling it out and just use my knife like crazy then set your burner to high and place a big pain once it’s hot add 1 tablespoon of your preferred vegetable oil I used olive oil start frying the onions until they’re slightly cooked don’t be afraid of burning the edges that will give it a nice roasted flavor then add the pepper and then the mushrooms lower the heat in that 1 tablespoon of soy sauce the juice of half a lime consultant pepper to taste [Music] keep moving until the mushrooms are soft and tender and start releasing their juices [Music] lastly add the diced tomatoes and the cilantro and turn the heat off we want to keep the cilantro green or fresh mix it up a little bit and they’re ready now you can serve it as tackles with your favorite salsa or you can make a delicious bowl with rice and beans and my favorite make a burrito with some shredded vegan mozzarella thank you so much for watching and one provecho [Music]
