NEHA GHERA: Hi, this is Neha on behalf of
Expert Village. I tell you how do I prepare it? I just have some turmeric and then I put
it into water just before five minutes, so that the color exactly changes into brown
which will actually give the gravy a very nice look and a tasty taste also. We have
green chilies with us. We have mustard seeds. We have garam masala. Garam masala is, again,
the combination of five great masalas. Then we have salt. We have onions, which are basically
chopped onions. We have cumin seeds. And as last, we have fenugreek seeds and of course,
water. So I tell you how we should prepare this recipe. You need to have eggplant first
and you have to cut it in the manner that you don’t cut the eggplant properly but cut
it in 3/4. I have two eggplants. This should be like sufficient for me and my partner.
So here I take an eggplant. They are properly washed. I always ensure that whenever I’m
buying vegetables and I’m having vegetable as dinner or lunch, or even breakfast, I make
sure that I properly wash them, because there so many germs and other things are added to
it. So in order to make a healthy, healthy food, because vegetables is one thing which
gives you a lot of nutrition, so it’s always said that, you know, you just–whenever you
buy vegetables, you should properly wash them.
