About 700ml of water Chop potato to bite-size They should go in the water straight as it takes quite long to be cooked Chop zucchini, onion and tofu to bite-size too This is an optional part About 2 tbsp of soybean paste Keep stirring till the paste is completely blended Put the white part of spring onion and add onion and zucchini once potato is half cooked Boil for 5mins and add tofu Check zucchini and potato If it’s cooked to your taste add the rest of spring onion and enoki mushroom and boil one more minute before turning the gas off Such a simple yet tasty and healthy soup Thanks for watching.
