Steam Pork Rib With Korean Soybean Paste & Garlic pork ribs 300g Korean soybean paste (doenjang/ Korean miso) 1 tbsp 2 cloves garlic,
2 slices ginger wash the pork ribs & drain by kitchen towel minced garlic Korean soybean paste 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp, mix well water 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp, mix well cooking oil 1 tbsp, mix well,
marinate for 30 mins lay the pork ribs flat on plate & do not overlap add ginger sticks steam for 10 mins over high heat
