ଭେଜିଟେବୁଲ କଡାଇ | Veg Kadai Recipe | Restaurant Style Mix Vegetable Sabzi Kadai| Mix Veg Curry


Hello, Hi and Namaskar I am Jyoti, welcome to my channel Today we will prepare Mixed Vegetable Kadai It is very tasty You can have it with any Roti Items Or Pulao, or Biryani So let’s start the recipe Ingredients: Paneer: 100 gms Carrot: 1/2 a small diced Capsicum: 1/2 a whole diced Fresh/Frozen Green Peas: 1 tblspn
Potato: 1 medium size diced Cauliflower : 1/2 cup diced
Tomato: 5 medium size I have put it in turmeric water for 30 minutes Green Coriander: 2-3 tblspn Beans: 5-6 No’s cut into pieces For Kadai Masala Coriander Seeds: 1 tblspn Cumin Seeds: 1 tblspn Black pepper corn: 1 tspn Black Cardamon: 1 no’s Green Cardamon: 2 no’s Dry Chili: 1 no’s Cinnamon Sticks: 1 inch Salt: 1 tspn or as per taste Turmeric powder: 1 tspn or as per taste Red chili powder: 1 tspn Mustard oil: 2-3 tspn Curd : 1/2 cup Onion: 1 medium size chopped Ginger garlic paste: 1 tspn Heat a pan Put the Kadai Masala and fry Fry for 4-5 minutes Its fried now If you want to make it dhaba style, do like this Remove those to a plate and let it to cool Put 1 tspn oil in the pan Let it to heat Add the vegetables Add salt as per taste I will add 1/2 tspn salt here, rest I will add later Add 1/2 tspn turmeric powder Mix it properly Now salt and turmeric powder is mixed here Make the flame in low medium Cover the lid for 5-7 minutes to fry In the meanwhile prepare the masala Now it is cool, grind those to a fine powder Masala powder is ready here and is nicely aromatic We will use it 1 tspn, as it is freshly grinded You can store it for future use Now Grind the tomatoes We required 1 cup tomato paste, so I took this much You can adjust as per your taste Tomato paste is ready I have not mixed water It is about 1 cup Check the vegetables ocasionally So that it will be cooked properly Here it is about 8-10 minutes now Remove the lid and stir Now it is perfectly cooked and turns golden Remove these to another plate Put oil in the same pan About 2 tspn oil used here Add 1 pich cumin seeds and let it to crack Add chopped onions here Fry it till golden brown Color has changed Add 1 tspn ginger garlic paste and mix properly Mixed Make the flame low Add the tomato paste Add salt Add turmeric powder and Kashmiri Red chili powder ** If you using general red chili powder, add as per taste else it will too spicy ** Add 1 tspn kadai masala and mix Everything is mixed Cook for 5-6 minutes in medium flame So that tomato will thick Now it is thick Low the flame Add curd and stir continuously ** Instead of curd cashew paste or poppy seeds paste or water melon seeds paste or fresh cream or yogurt can be used ** So that color will be good ** After adding curd, stir continuously ** Stir until it boils Masala is ready now ** While adding curd flame should be low ** Add the fried vegetables and paneer and mix Mix it properly Add water if required I am adding 1/2 cup water here Mix it properly I have mixed everything here Cover it for 5-7 minutes It is about 3-4 minutes Open the lid and add some crushed kashuri methi Add the coriander leaves Kept some for garnishing Mix those properly Now our veg kadai is ready to serve Turn off the flame Serve it I have served here You can have it with rice, roti or naan It is very tasty Try this in my process And share your experience with me If you enjoy this video, Do like and share For more such videos, Do subscribe to my channel and click the bell icon, so that you will get latest notification about my channel
